What areas do you service?

We service the Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas. Picnics outside of the Perimeter will be charged a travel fee starting at $50.

What is the cancellation policy?

We allow cancellations up to 7 days prior to your event for a refund minus your deposit. Events canceled with less than 7 days notice can be rescheduled to another date within 180 days. Picnics canceled with less than 72 hours notice are not eligible for refund and will be rescheduled based on availability.

What if it rains?

In the event of inclement weather we will allow clients to reschedule up to six months from the date of the picnic or the picnic can be moved indoors at the client’s request.

What are your cleaning practices?

All picnic tables and items provided with each picnic are cleaned and sanitized thoroughly after each event.

How many people can fit inside the dome tent and igloo?

Our dome tent can accommodate approximately 10-12 people and our igloo can accommodate approximately 8 people comfortably.

Is an air conditioner and/or heater provided with the dome tent or igloo?

We provide a portable cooling fan in the warmer months and a heater in the colder months.

What type of surface can the dome tent and igloo be installed on?

Our dome tent will need to be installed on grass. The igloo can be installed on both hard and soft surfaces.

We recommend a level surface for all installations.

How long does it take for installation and setup?

Installation times can vary but generally it takes approximately 1.5 hours to setup a picnic with the igloo or dome tent.

How long is each picnic?

Clients are given 3 hours for each picnic. Clients can purchase additional time at $75 per hour. Should you finish early, please provide a 30 minute lead time by text so we can arrive back to the picnic site for breakdown. Clients are responsible for all picnic items until we arrive back on site.

Is food provided with each picnic?

We do not provide meals but clients can purchase charcuterie boards at an additional cost. Should clients wish to purchase additional food options, we can provide a vendor list of caterers.

How do I book?

All inquiries can be sent through our bookings tab. We will then confirm by email if the date and time requested is available. Once the date is confirmed we will send you an invoice proposal based on the number of guests, type of picnic, and any add-ons, etc. We require a non-refundable deposit of $150 to secure your date. Final payments are due 7 days before your picnic.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We ask that clients book their picnics at least 14 days in advance.
